George is a postdoc in the lab of Bruce Spiegelman studying how myokine signaling post-exercise influences cardiovascular risk factors. George’s background is in biochemistry and chemical biology with an especial interest in systemic metabolism. During his PhD in the lab of Suzanne Walker, he studied the regulatory function of O-GlcNAc, an intracellular glycosylation.
